No, though it enhances the power of the work. Intention is one of the critical pieces to working within the Records. A Psychic accessing the Records to receive information would be unique to that skill, further enhancing a session. I am an intuitive practitioner, others work through one or more of the ‘clairs’, the most well-known is likely clairvoyance. The ones that are strongest for me are claircognizance (knowing) and clairsentience(feeling). A strictly Psychic reading of the Records brings information, though no healing.
My own healing journey! Each day brings a deeper level of healing, an enhanced awareness of how many choices we truly have, and the option to respond to events, emotions, judgements, and comments. Before beginning my healing journey, I reacted to everything, anger being my go-to emotion. I largely took everything personally as my ego was 100% in charge of me. With much dedication, hard work, and support of a few select peers, my life began turning around. Do I still occasionally take things personally? I do!
Much like radio and microwaves, the Records are always all around us. Intuitively, the Records are accessed in much the same way as radio waves. When searching for a radio station, if you are nearly connected, some music or words are available, yet static plays a roll. Being deeply grounded and centered increases my intuitive abilities, thereby allowing me to fine tune my channel. This brings clarity into sessions as the Akashic Records are any and everywhere.
I use the Records and access them daily. There are many ways to utilize them. Doing meditation via the records offers insight that may otherwise be overlooked. Asking questions with intention to receive guidance or clarity, the same way I do for clients/students, keeps me grounded, centered, and in control of my emotions. This control allows me to respond, not react as was my previous pattern. I offer myself clearings of emotions each morning and evening followed by healing of any emotions that lower my vibration.
One of the most phenomenal aspects of the Akashic Records is their ability to work in tandem with ALL other healing practices including the psychic realm. As an example, if an individual is doing cancer treatment through the medical system here in the United States, it is wildly stressful to the mind, body, and soul. Combining Western medicine with Akashic Records work supports all the bodies, in any order needed. This process is guided by the Higher Self of the client/student.
This information was not covered during my training. I have researched this to appease my own curiosity! My take on this discovery is that many different cultures and locations were gifted this information at various times. I believe that as a location or culture began vibrating into healing, individuals were bestowed this information to enhance their ability to heal, a gift of remembrance of their connection to the Records! As they healed themselves, they began training others in the modality.
In the energetic world, lifetimes run parallel to each other. Have you ever experienced a deja vu? This is an example of how energies bring information from other lifetimes. These are also described as past lives. Every moment in time is stored in the Records. We hold inherited trauma from past lives, as well as from ancestral lines and DNA. This is a healing modality that addresses trauma from any source. Here is an example of this, from my own healing journey. I have, always in this lifetime, felt suffocated with my head under the covers.
It is ideal to have a warm, quiet, safe space with no interruptions and comfortable seating. This will be provided for in person readings, for online options, the client would need to create this environment. Hydration assists in the recovery of a session, bring water to the session. Arrive with an open mind to the best of your ability. I resisted some of my own truths for some time, and while it is a safety mechanism, the more willing you are to embrace every aspect of your soul the more wonderful the experience will be and the more quickly you will heal!
Permission to access the client’s records has been granted via a waiver signed. The actual experience is highly individual. I begin by walking the client through a grounding sequence. Once complete, I begin the transition phase, greeting the Akashic Guardians, and arriving at the room in the Records where the session beings. If a client feels energy, the sessions are different from someone who does not feel energy. Much of this is determined by the client’s Higher Self, as they guide practitioner on the depth to strive for.
I learned to access my own Records through a training program. I was taught a prayer to access them. The more open a person is, the more readily that information is available through intuition. Intention combined with being open allows entry into individual Records. The retrieval of events, emotions, thoughts, and conversations is granted when a person is in the proper frame of mind, leaving ego behind.
