By focusing on these two "hearts"—the centers of human and divine love—we bless the entire Earth with loving-kindness. This practice acts like a "spiritual shower," flushing out stress and negative emotions while flushing your system with brilliant, healing light.

The heart of our time together happens in the quiet space of a private Zoom breakout room. Here, you will receive a personalized Pranic Healing session focused entirely on your needs.
