For years, I refused to choose a niche.
Even though I knew I was wrong.
Just being stubborn.

When I first created my Find Magic People profile and reached the section asking, "Who Do You Work With?" I left it blank.
Why?
Because for more than a decade I've worked with virtually everyone.
Children. Seniors. Men. Women.
Physical issues. Emotional issues. Stress. Pain. Trauma.
You name it, I've probably worked on it.
Energy healing is a bit like baking soda. It can be used for everything from baking cookies to cleaning toilets.
But from a marketing standpoint, it's a terrible strategy.
There's an old saying: โIf you market to everyone, you reach no one.โ
When Allison Sahoo noticed I had left the "Who Do You Work With?" section blank, she called me on it.
She suggested I consider positioning myself around sports injuries. I've worked on plenty of those, including many cases in Allison's Healing Pod.
But that didnโt feel quite right. Too narrow.
So I decided to stop guessing and look at ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ.
I went back through years of session notes and client records.
I wanted to see who I had helped most often and most consistently.
One pattern stood out clearly.

Again and again, I found myself helping women roughly 30 to 60 years old who were struggling with recurring stress and anxiety.
Women who often looked fine on the outside.
But inside felt overwhelmed, exhausted, worried, tense, or emotionally overloaded.
As I reviewed more cases, I noticed another pattern.
Beneath most of the symptoms was a deeper issue.
Fear.
Not always obvious fear.
Hidden fear.
Fear of failure.
Fear of judgment.
Fear of loss.
Fear of not being enough.
Fear of what might happen next.
Fear quietly operating beneath conscious awareness.
And suddenly the niche became obvious.

I didn't invent it.
I discovered it.
I'm not narrowing my practice.
I'll still gladly work with virtually anyone who feels I may be able to help.
What's changing is the message.
Because when the message is clear, the people who need help most can finally recognize themselves in it.
