Can Pranic Healing help with cognitive decline? I have a dear friend who has been diagnosed with dementia. To me she seems to have the same problems with names, terminology, short term memory that I and my 80+ year old peers are experiencing, but she is convinced it is more serious and she is losing her "self". She has lost reading and writing ability and experiences frequent forgetfulness. She is very anxious and fearful and worries about losing memory of and connection with her friends

How a Pranic Energy “Angel Fund” Continues to Serve a Community in Need.
As of April 2026, many individuals and families are navigating a season of heightened uncertainty. Across communities, there is a noticeable increase in stress, anxiety, and emotional strain as people adjust to economic shifts, changes in employment, and evolving access to resources and support systems. Rising costs of everyday necessities, along with adjustments to benefits and services, have created challenges that are deeply felt on both practical and personal levels.
For many, these changes bring difficult decisions—how to balance healthcare needs, daily expenses, and overall well-being. It is during times like these that emotional and spiritual support can become especially important, offering a sense of grounding, perspective, and hope.
I share this not only through my professional experience, but also from a place of personal understanding. After 30 years in education, I transitioned into retirement and now live with a permanent disability that has significantly reshaped my own journey. This experience has deepened my compassion and strengthened my commitment to serving others.
For over a decade, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals through my practice, Into the Light Pranic Energy Healing and Spiritual Counseling. As a solo business owner, ordained minister, and educator, I work with those facing emotional & physical challenges, life transitions, and spiritual concerns, offering a space for reflection, healing, and renewal.
In response to the increasing needs within the community, I have made adjustments to ensure my services remain as accessible as possible. This includes reducing session fees, extending the time spent with clients, and creating an Angel Fund to assist those who may be experiencing financial hardship and are in need of my services. Through the generosity of others, this fund has allowed me to continue offering support without turning anyone away.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to those who have contributed to the Angel Fund. Your kindness has made a meaningful difference in the lives of many, and I am truly thankful for your support.
My ongoing intention is to provide a compassionate and supportive environment where individuals can reconnect with their inner strength and move forward with greater clarity and peace with the help of Pranic Energy Healing & Spiritual Counseling.

Even in challenging times, there is space for healing, connection, and hope.
There will always be great love here,
Rev. Christine 🙏

We had a wonderful time at our last Avatar Movie Night - exploring the Path to Compassion. One of the participants said it was the best she'd ever heard anyone explain heart consciousness.
I love the conversations we've been having. If you'd like to join us next time, let me know! The next one (on the Path to Service) will be April 12th.

For those interested in the underlying energetic causes of addictions and how to start healing that cause. Is anyone in this community especially interested in addiction healing? If that's you, I'd love to talk more with you.

Yes, every Sunday at 4 pm EST we do An Evening of Pranic Healing. It's a very nice event - begins with a guided meditation that opens the heart & crown chakras then we offer individual healings in Zoom breakout rooms. $20. Will be there this weekend - Easter Sunday! Anyone who'd like to come should message me or reply here.

For a day or two after my Pranic healing sessions I would occasionally experience brief but strong emotional states of grief, sadness, or even despair. I couldn't identify a particular reason or trigger for the feelings, and I was thinking it might be release of negative energy from the healing. Do other patients experience such emotional reactions? Is this to be expected?
This is a great observation - thank you for sharing your experience! What you’re describing can be thought of as a 'systemic release.'
Think of it like cleaning a house: sometimes when we start dusting the deep corners, a bit of that dust gets stirred up into the air before it can be fully swept out the door. Those brief waves of grief or sadness are usually just that 'dislodged' energy looking for its final exit.
It’s actually a very positive sign that the healing is reaching the deeper layers! To make the process smoother and more comfortable for you, a great next step is to focus on very thorough cleansing during the session, particularly using Pranic Psychotherapy to address emotions. When we spend a bit more time ensuring those 'stirred up' clouds are completely removed from the system, those post-session emotional dips usually disappear, leaving you feeling much lighter and more balanced.
You’re doing great—your body is just processing the new level of clarity.

Last September I suddenly got severe neck, shoulder and arm pain from a pinched nerve in my cervical (neck) area that interfered with all activity. I got medical treatment and physical therapy, but it wasn't until the Pranic healing sessions that I got true relief. I got initial healing from Dexter at the end of last year. I felt an emerging increase of pain a month ago and I scheduled a couple sessions with Christine with great results. Happy to report enjoying a completely pain-free shower for the first time in 6 months! It may sound like a small event, but I was exuberant!
These are wonderful results! Fantastic!! Thank you for sharing them.

Alison Sahoo, CPPT - do you have an open online event this weekend? I imagine people would be interested.
