Yes, anyone who has an interest and proper training has access to the records. There are many teachers and books that can teach you how to do it. Ask your friends for recommendations, check out FindMagicPeople, or you can start with one of my favorite books: How to Read the Akashic Records by Linda Howe.

Yes, the Akashic Records are available to anyone. The only “rule of the road” here is you cannot access someone else’s without their permission EXCEPT to see how they are involved in your experience.
It takes time and patients to learn how to do this properly and utilize the vast knowledge available and take part in the wonderful healing that can take place! I highly recommend seeking guidance from a trained Akashic reader or healer if you're new to this work.
