I read a client who was struggling with trusting her healing and psychic abilities. She wanted to be in service, she had been studying for years and she "knew" it was her path, but fear stood in the way. She was afraid to be seen, to speak her truth, afraid of being wrong or not knowing enough and to step into the role as a healer. She literally felt like she'd "die" if she went public.
Everyone is psychic and everyone has the natural ability to access their Akashic records. If you're interested in your Akashic Records, you may want to pick up a book, or a teacher. My suggestions would be: How to Read the Akashic Records by Linda Howe. If you're just interested in looking at and experiencing a past life or two, you can book a reading with an Akashic reader. To find a good reader, you can start at FindMagicPeople or ask other trusted friends.
I just found that in my readings, I was shown past lives, and past life decisions, and past life relationships that were getting in the way of my clients moving forward in this life. Within the healing of the reading, I was able to witness the releases of large blocks of energy that had been keeping my client hostage from their highest and best destiny.
I'm a psychic, medium, healer and akashic records reader. I use all my gifts to help another forgive themselves, understand the contract(s) they have with others to help them learn about their own unconditional self-love and their own perfection. Where I use my training in akashic records is when a client is struggling about any fears that prevent them from moving forward toward their dreams.
The Akashic records have been introduced or in most spiritual or religious practices. The word "Akasha" is Sanskrit meaning sky, space or ether and it entered the lexicon through HP Blavatsky's Theosophy organization. She referred to it as indestructible tablets of the astral light. Every sacred holy text refers to the Akasha in different terms. The Christians refers to the akashic records in the bible's "The book of Life." Islam's Qur'an 85:22 referred to as Al-lawh al-mahfooz or the preserved tablet of truth, protected by a higher order of angels.
Your Akashic records are the accumulation or an archive of all of your past lives. It's an accumulation of how you have used your soul's blueprint or your natural abilities in each life to expand the growth of your soul. Some lives you had great success; others you collected more data on what you didn't want. No life is a failure. Every life is key for you to completely "grok" your life purpose and grow your soul into its mastery.
No preparation is necessary, but normally people who have booked a reading with me are curious about getting their questions answered about relationships, either challenging or special, any strange interests, any phobias, visions or psychic experiences that make no sense to them. I don't need this to obtain access but it helps direct me more quickly to the life that you may be working on healing or understanding now.
Akashic Records reader here. Most clients tell me they feel relieved to understand the people (their soul group) and challenges in their life. Most people express an appreciation to know about their soul’s blueprint and life purpose(s). I’m told they feel comforted by understanding the bigger themes in their lives. Themes being why they’re attracted to something, why they are fearful, why they may feel stuck, and why they have come forth to master in this life.
If you'd like to read your own records, my recommendation is to buy a book that teaches you how to do it. A few great akashic records books are: How to read the Akashic Records: Accessing the Archive of the Soul and its Journey by Linda Howe, Your Soul has a Plan: Awaken to your Life Purpose by Lisa Barnett, The infinite Wisdom of the Akashic Records: How to Access your Souls Plan with Ease by Lisa Barnett. There are many books on this topic. Note: Apologies to all those great authors I did not mention here.
