BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System®.

In this fully experiential workshop, participants will benefit from the power of this incredibly opening work. Along with the BBTRS six element theory, you will be introduced to valuable information on anatomy and physiology of trauma and how to release it without being overwhelmed. Releasing our core tension unbinds incredible amounts of energy, which can be used for creativity, meditation and living life at it's fullest.
