This two-day Usui Holy Fire ®Reiki Level 1 class provides a welcoming and supportive environment to learn the foundations of Reiki.
Over 14 hours, you will explore the history and principles of Reiki, the Reiki ideals, the Three Pillars, Reiki eithics, the basics of the body's energy system including the aura and chakras, and more.
You will receive your Level 1 attunement and learn self-Reiki techniques and hand positions to support your own well-being. You will practice self-Reiki and Reiki on others in a chair and on a massage table.
Throughout the weekend, you will have plenty of opportunities for discussion, questions, reflection, and hands-on practice in a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere.
You will receive a course manual, class notes, and a certificate upon successful completion of the class.
Class Schedule: Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 AM to 4 PM. Follow-up one hour zoom session within 7 to 10 days scheduled with the participants.

This class takes place over Zoom and is limited to 8 participants. Small group learning fosters connection and gives everyone time for questions and discussion.
To participate you will need a device that can access the zoom meeting and a quiet place to attend and participate in the class.
