Bio / Self introduction
With over 30 years of service in leadership and education, I serve as the Founder and CEO of Into the Light, a premier Pranic Energy Healing and Spiritual Counseling Center based in Meridian, Idaho. My journey into healing follows a long career in public education, where I taught high school in East Los Angeles for 20 years and served as a Principal in the Boise School District for a decade.
As a Pranic Energy Healer, Coach, and Spiritual Counselor, I bring a wealth of academic and ministerial expertise to my practice, holding a Master’s Degree in Education and a Degree in Ministry. This unique background allows me to bridge the gap between practical leadership and profound spiritual guidance.
Into the Light has been recognized as a cornerstone of the Idaho business community, honored as the Local Business of the Year for Meridian in both 2024 and 2025 by the national business platform, Alignable.
I am a regular contributor to the alternative health community, writing a monthly column for HedraNews, a respected publication that has championed complementary healing modalities for over 30 years. My practice is built on the foundation of accessibility and compassion; in addition to in-person sessions at my center, I offer remote and phone consultations, and I provide house calls for those unable to access the center or the internet.
At Into the Light, my mission is to provide a sanctuary for transformation, empowering individuals through Pranic Energy and spiritual counseling to achieve a state of holistic well-being.

Spiritual Seekers: I provide counseling and energy work for those looking to deepen their spiritual connection, find peace during life transitions, or balance their "Solar Plexus" drive with "Heart-centered" compassion.
The Homebound & Rural Community: I am dedicated to serving those who feel isolated. Whether you are across the street or across the country, I offer the same level of care via in-person visits, phone, or remote sessions.
