"If you knew you couldn't fail, what would you attempt?"

This is one of my favorite questions from the ReSurfacing Workbook - and I consider it often. It's exciting to see past any doubt and feel my full inspired goals, fully expressed.

Here's a request for you - take a moment and consider the question: "If you knew you couldn't fail, what would you attempt?" Really let yourself feel it. Are there new potentials? Do you feel fear, or perhaps excitement?

Sometimes I feel a boost of determination. Other times I feel more vibrant.

I think the world needs more of us to tap into this inspired potential - to be here for more than surviving, but rather to create a life that expresses the potential we long for.

It's great to see so many people looking into Mindfulness, Yoga, Meditation and more. It's clear that mind-chatter can be terribly debilitating.

Recognizing and not becoming caught in the thoughts is helpful - but I'm not sure many people realize how much our consciousness can be restructured deliberately.

When default patterns become helpful and kind - the world is very different.
