I'm Derek Stottlemyer, and I've had the honor of sharing and teaching Avatar since 2014. Here I'll be sharing experiences, exercises, perspectives and more - with the goal of giving you enough of a taste so you can decide for yourself if you would like Avatar to be part of your own self-evolvement.
