I understand the weight of a difficult path because I have walked one. My journey toward peace didn't start in a classroom; it began in a childhood marked by abuse that forced me to learn how to clear my own way forward from a very young age. This wasn't just a choice—it was my survival.

While my professional path with Angels Always Around Us began in 2013, my deepest training has happened in the trenches of real life. I have navigated seasons of intense challenge—from managing the complex mental health and Autism journeys of my daughters to navigating my own physical health trials. This included the pivotal transition of moving my youngest into treatment away from home to ensure the best care for her and the safety of our household.

The process of reclaiming my home and my sanctuary has not always been a straight line, but rather a continual journey that still continues. Like many, I have faced moments of physical exhaustion and health challenges where my boundaries were tested and my path felt uncertain. But it is through those very moments of 'floundering' that I learned the true power of my tools. By repeatedly choosing to return to my center and set firm boundaries for my peace, I have learned how to clear the path layer by layer.
