2 months ago PublicThe importance of Pranic Energy Hygiene after Client Session: After working on a client for several hours (Stage 4 cancer in two major organs) I was very fatigued. This is what my aura looked like after the session ( Blue Aura) Then I started the Hygiene Protocal: Shower with a handmade bar of soap that contained sea salt, coffee, and lavender. Drank a cup of ginseng tea. Listened to the meditation; Om Mani Padme hum.
Sat outside on the green grass and basked in the sun for 15 minutes. Put on my cozy cotton pajamas and took an hour nap. Then ate a light dinner ( Salad with fruit and vegetables) drank more water. After this, my aura was a beautiful gold color with rays coming out of my heart chakra. I felt energized and very peaceful.
