I work with people who are looking to transcend their self-healing journey to a new level by guiding them through a past life. For those that are on the healing path, this work can be pivotal in bringing deeper understanding and meaning to the self-healing work they are doing. It helps remove blocks and uncover patterns of behavior that are no longer useful so that the individual can live more authentically, aligned with their soul nature.
I'm a dedicated clean eater, mother of two boys, psychotherapist and certified health coach. I show people healthy living doesn't have to be hard.
