Energetic hygiene is an important practice for all energy healers to follow. If you're an energy healer and have felt depleted after several healings, think about how other people's energy may affect you. As pranic healers, we are taught to sweep away stagnant energy and properly dispose of it in a basin of water with added salt. Then we flush it down the toilet. We also use sprays to cleanse our hands. Many pranic healers take showers with salt or coffee grinds to maintain a clean aura and avoid contamination.
In addition to healing, I've been a soap maker for the past 20 years, I'm used to people requesting soap for various skin issues. Most recently, other pranic healers have requested that I make salt soap bars to make it more convenient to maintain energetic hygiene.
