Energetic hygiene is an important practice for all energy healers to follow. If you're an energy healer and have felt depleted after several healings, think about how other people's energy may affect you. As Pranic Healers, we are taught to sweep away stagnant energy and properly dispose of it in a basin of salt water. Then we flush it down the toilet. We also use sprays to cleanse our hands. Many Pranic Healers take showers with salt or coffee grinds to maintain a clean aura and avoid contamination.

In addition to healing, I've been a soap maker for the past 20 years, I'm used to people requesting soap for various skin issues. Most recently, other Pranic Healers have requested that I make salt soap bars to make it more convenient to maintain energetic hygiene.

My salt soap bars include Mediterranean salt, a touch of Himalayan salt, coffee grinds and luscious smelling lavender essential oil and tea tree essential oils. Bars are big and chunky, ranging from 4.5 to 5.5 ounces. Pricing is a very reasonable $7 a bar or 3 bars for $20. Shipping is available by Priority Mail for an additional $8. I can ship up to 4 bars. i personally recommend my clients to carry salt to wash their hands after work and i think this would be a lovely to have at home as everyone washing hands but doing it mindfully goes a long way to clear the energies once we get home from a long day meeting people🥰

Absolutely! Mindfully makes a big difference. Years ago - before I understood about dirty energy - I had a job that made me feel so dirty. I couldn't wait to jump in the shower every time I came home. Now I know why.

Alison I learned that at a very early age as i did my study in Ayurvedic massage therapy and washing hands was a part between clients . i don't see it as dirty energy, more like unconscious energy my clients or even friends may have picked up that gets passed on . Energy gets pass onto anyone who comes in contact or is open to receiving it .i did it as a rituals and once i got home it was a ceremony to clear away the energy from the day and disconnect from it all .

Sofia Rego The place where I worked was energetically dirty - lots of stress, deadlines, pressure, negativity, drama, etc. Some people didn't want to be there and said so. There was very little collaboration or cooperation - mainly competition. So the emotional energies related to all of that were strong. If I could do it again, with the knowledge I have now, I would use more energy tools - shields, cleansing & transmutation techniques, etc. Nowadays, I'm rarely exposed to that type of energy - it's more as you described, just unconscious energy that's passed along. Which still benefits from clearing - nothing like the feeling of being sparkly clean.

Alison i know that feeling . Never to late to find the right tool to use in our every day work life and for protecting our own peace .

Yes i totally understand , as i personally worked in toxic environments and at Hospital during covid at the intensive care unite ( not for everyone ) but i put myself there as i felt i can handle it and also had a team of healers who end me the energy .
Previously ,i learnt the hard way to not allow other to effect me and how setting energtic boundaries can also go a long way towards energy cleanse .
