Energy healers really have to mind our energetic hygiene. As pranic healers, we are trained to be mindful of disposing of energy that we sweep off of our clients in a responsible way. It's actually part of our self care. We shower with soap, then either use a handful of salt or coffee grounds and scrub. One way I like to do it, is to use soap that has either salt in it or coffee grounds already in it. Before finding pranic healing, I had a successful business selling handcrafted soap at local farmers' markets. Now I make salt soap bars or salt n coffee soap bars for pranic healers and others tuned into the importance of energetic hygiene. Drop me a line if you'd like to try it. WHY NOT GROWING THE GOOD FEELING OF SUPPORTING OTHERS?

Have you ever felt that beautiful satisfaction of doing something good for others? When was the last time that happened? Was it today, yesterday, a year ago? I sure hope that it has been very recent for you. The reason why you get that satisfying feeling while doing something good for someone or something, yes, this includes the Earth, animals or humans is because you are doing exactly what you’re supposed to be doing. Our purpose in this world is to help each other, to lift each other up. So, naturally, when you support another in any way you receive nothing but good energy, great vibes, happy feelings, peacefulness, a lighted heart and most likely gratefulness, all in one happy package.

Because we are meant to be happy beings, the idea is that you keep going on doing more and more of it. It doesn’t have to take a lot of time or all of your money. Small steps are better than no steps at all. All of us have the drive to help each other and most of us do not know how. It is possible that the type of work you chose may not be serving others the way you thought it would or the way that’s satisfying for your soul. Maybe it doesn’t have to do with changing your work just yet, perhaps only start with gathering information about what you may like and then go on joining a meeting or a class. Always be open to new ideas and you will be surprised to find that the event, the activity, the group that you thought you may not like or you were unsure about is exactly what you have been looking for and what fills you with joy and community and service, something we need more of at all times!

That is what I found in Pranic Healing, not just learning new skills, more healing modalities or the wonderful healers I get to connect with and the great sense of community but the amazing connection with Divine power and with that, the great service that we all get to provide to others (Earth, animals and humans). That feeling is priceless and something I treasure and intend to increase substantially for years to come.
