Bio / Self introduction
I've been doing energy work since the early 2000s, when I learned Reconnective Healing. Everything since has layered onto that:
- • The Way of the Heart
- • A coaching certification
- • Years of my own growth work through Landmark Education and PAX
- • Myriad spiritual studies
- • A medicine journey that widened my aperture for intuitive channeling
- • and Elements of my current studies with Shiraz Baboo and Marc Audy
What I actually carry into a session is harder to name.
- • I work remotely, one-on-one, via Zoom
- • We start with your intention and consent – what you're carrying, what you want to move, what you agree to receive
- • From there, I tap into my intuition and follow the energy where it wants to go
- • I may thread in any of the above tools and modalities, plus breathwork or intuitive movement and guidance – whatever the session asks for
- • No two sessions are alike, because no two people are
What clients report:
- • Deep peace and relaxation
- • Grief that finally releases
- • Clarity where there was fog
- • Telling themselves the truth about what they'd been avoiding
- • Physical and emotional pain shifting that hadn't moved in years
To be clear, I don't heal anyone. I don't use my own energy – the times I did, it emptied me for days. I open to source energy, I listen, and I follow what comes through. All you need do is be willing to receive, breathe, and communicate!

Who I Work With
You might be someone who:
- • Feels like something is off in your body, your heart, or your relationships
- • Hasn't been able to let go of something, or someone
- • Is carrying a sadness that runs deeper than the circumstances explain
- • Has been stuck, or unable to truly relax, for longer than you'd like to admit
- • Is stressed out and can't find the way back to your own emotions
- • If you've come home from a medicine journey with something opened and no one to help you work with it, I can support that. I don't facilitate journeys myself.
Some of my clients can name exactly what they're bringing. Others just know something needs to move. Both are welcome.
I work with men, and I've spent years learning how – through PAX and through my work with The Big Tent, an international network of men's and boys' well-being practitioners. Men tend to arrive braced for judgment. They don't get it here.
I'm at home with LGBTQIA and BIPOC clients, and with kinky, non-monogamous, and polyamorous folks. I've spent 20+ years in and around alternative sexuality communities. You won't have to explain your life to me before we can begin.
What I'm not for: deep trauma, PTSD, clinical depression, or clinical anxiety. That work belongs with a licensed therapist, and I'll say so plainly if it comes up. If you're already working with one, I'm happy to work alongside them.
