I have been using all the intuitive tools I have, to help people learn and polish their inner wisdom, their intuitive skills, and find their magic. People need to be whole more than they need to be developed or fixed.
Intuitive skills are available to all and much more awareness and wisdom is available. It is truly possible to know answers, make knowing decisions, take responsive and responsible actions, and essentially steer a course that makes your life more and more how you want it to be. Magic
This alchemy requires tuning in. Accessing inner knowledge, learning to use the subjective mind, receive psychic information, and discern what’s important, all develop with years of experience and the wisdom they bring.
This wisdom can be developed directly and intentionally to a great extent. You have already developed some wisdom by your experience on planet earth.
But you can ensure you develop consciousness and wisdom of your subjective self and that is to do nothing.
Yes. Do nothing, but in a deliberate way and as a priority. I don't mean time napping or watching Tik Tok (not that there's anything wrong with that.)
The most important thing you can do is to be quiet and be in the quiet.
Many of us, even those with advanced psychic or energy management skills, do not have good discipline when it comes to being still.
Inner wisdom and knowing is accessed from a different part of the mind than we use for intellectual pursuits. The action I most recommend for intuitive development is being quiet; that is, meditation.
Yet, this is the one action that seems to be most often tossed to the wayside. Many many people meditate - sometimes. Most claim to have a practice but many get cagey when asked about the details.
The act of meditation can easily seem like empty or blank time. Nothing is happening because everything happens below the surface, on an unconscious level. So, when we need most to make meditation a priority, we often let it fall by the wayside for lack of time.
Meditation often feels unsuccessful despite its magic. We spent time and do what's needed to get quiet, and then the intellectual mind ignored the rules and chattered away nineteen to the dozen! Might as well do something. What's the point
Well, here’s the point. Mediation benefits are often delayed, or perhaps they are not noticed because they are so very subtle. But over time, and not a lot of time, benefits are profound.
- physical benefits - blood chemistry improvement, heart rhythm coherence, stress relief take place in about seven minutes
- information or answers - is it really just a coincidence that you meditate and then had that thought or idea, or noticed that opportunity?
- reduced headless chicken time - ten minutes of quiet yields half a day of orderly and peaceful thinking access to your own feelings & thoughts on a regular basis. Keep a log and see
Meditation often doesn't seem appealing because we think we should meditate for long uncomfortable periods like a monk.
We attempt to master meditation, without the mind wandering, but the mind wanders anyway. Meditation is rarely an action packed drama.
We desire quick, magic results. We do get these, but they sneaky and subtle and not obvious
Some of us fall victim to snobbery about meditation. The weekend retreat or months in an ashram are impressive. However, simply sitting down and shutting up for ten minutes every day is a most effective meditation - whether you entered the stillness or your mind chattered like an excited four year old.
When the magic appears not to happen, I will venture a bet that it is because the meditation practice is not really a practice.
Begin to meditate now, with consistency and priority. See how that magic portal opens!
