Cinnamon sticks 4-6
Fresh ginger 1/2-3/4 inch
Star anise (a handful)
Cardamom (2-3 tbs)
Cloves (1 tsp)
Multi-colored peppercorns (1 tsp)
2-3 bay leaves
Boil in a gallon of water for 50 minutes. I add 15 tea bags of green tea and let that seep for 20 minutes.
I let it cool, then strain the liquid and pour the tea into a gallon container I have. Every morning I heat it up with milk and then add 1/2 tsp of honey to the mug and stir it all together.
