Today at 11 am EST! Stay warm and centered as the winter chill settles in. You are invited to a Meditation on Twin Hearts today on Zoom.

When the weather turns harsh and the environment feels "frosted," it’s easy for our internal energy to become stagnant or heavy. This session is designed to help you shake off the winter blues, flush out the "gray" energy of the season, and generate a powerful internal warmth.

My friend Kajal has joined Find Magic People! What do you think of her profile? https://findmagicpeople.com/user/2036/information

Energy Healing isn't just for big, life transformations. Did you know that by moving your energy in certain ways, you can speed healing of coughs, colds, flu and other respiratory ailments? (You can also speed healing of virtually any other physical, emotional or mental condition). Pranic Healing uses protocols that specifically address each issue. Comment if you'd like to know more.

Stressed out by all the snow? (Or other stuff?) Get a healing! Pranic Healing is great for removing stress energy. My friend Pat does special De-Stress Healings. They can be done at a distance, on Zoom. Here's her info: https://findmagicpeople.com/services/special-offer-destress-session-15

I've never been a fan of salt baths but I love salt soap. It's easy and it gets all the unseen (but often very dangerous) dirt. I especially like my friend Pat's salt soap:

For anyone struggling with scrolling/social media addiction, Pastor Christine Haggerty recently spoke about a successful Pranic Healing:

Pranic Healing is medical AND mystical - on Tuesday nights at 7:30 pm EST, we explore the mystical side. We start with some light physical exercises to prepare our bodies, then do a 30 minute guided Meditation on Twin Hearts with Chakral Healing. This is a powerful meditation that brings Divine energy into each major chakra for deep emotional healing, cleansing and release. It's a profound experience that is unique for each person. You may receive messages, guidance, inspiration or even relief of a pain or problem. Or you may feel so relaxed that you simply get a great rest!
