Facilitating is not teaching but rather setting a stage to invoke others to go on their own journey of inner-exploration. It is an art form that is both an intuitive process and a set of skills that will help you to lead a group to their own conclusions.

*DAY 2 - DESIGN, ENROLL + GET BOOKED*
1:30pm - 6:30pm

- Learn how to create a powerful curriculum that follows an arc.
- Learn strategies and tools for successfully filling your programs.
- Learn how to create a budget that will leave room for offering scholarships.
- Learn how to design short workshops and get booked at festivals + conferences.
- Learn how to design and implement multi-day intensives, trainings and retreats.

*About the Teacher/Facilitator*

Shayna Gladstone, a Detroit native, is a humble lighthouse who sees the essential gem in others, their potential to beautifully impact the world and being a navigation guide for their path. She is a nurturing soul-bird that fiercely pierces through the layers that hold us back from living our authentic calling. Shayna’s earth-based leadership as a social entrepreneur, songbird, educator, facilitator and her 6 years of involvement in Native American spiritual traditions gives her warm wisdom and expertise.

Shayna Cofounded NuMundo, a global platform of healing centers, farms and intentional communities and Earth Journeys, an educational company empowering earth and heart centered leadership. Her management, business and experience design background gives her the ability to support organizations and entrepreneurs alike.

Shayna works both on a 1 on 1 and group basis to foster a reconnection to self and the Earth, build community through collaboration and launch purposeful businesses.

Shayna has been creating transformative experiences around the world for the past 7 years from conception, planning to facilitation. The positive results that she has witnessed through her work has rippled out further than she could imagine. Even under harsh conditions, I have learned to gracefully and authentically conduct ourselves in a way that inspires humble action.

Shayna has planned and facilitated everything from business meetings to setting a foundation for a community to grief work and have completed programs with Joanna Macy and Coaching for Social Change. The path of facilitation has been the most rewarding and humbling journey to have the honor of offering a space for others to unfold in their own unique way. Shayna has also held a community-building role at multiple ecovillages including Emerald Village, East End Eden, and Laughing Oaks Village.
