Question for our Experts

If someone is interested in developing their intuition - how do they do that with you? Are there recommended ways to get started?

I love working with individuals in improving their intuition. Actually, it's more like improving their interpretation of their intuition.

Experience is the greatest teacher so when I work with individuals I always point out where their intuition showed up, where they ignored it or where they followed it.

The easiest way I tell people to begin getting in touch with their intuition is to do things like guessing the time before you look at the clock, guessing who is calling when the phone rings, guessing which elevator will open first, guessing when the light will turn green etc. Every day activities that have no bearing on anything. This is a good measure of how in tuned one is to their intuition. From that we can build.

I firmly believe that intuition and other related 'gifts' are simply very natural parts of ourselves. We all have it. And I find that we all have experiences where we know we have had an intuitive 'hit' or connection. These often seem random, and leave us wanting to know more - and wondering how to use it 'on demand'.
I find one key element to strengthening your intuitive connection is to start with recognizing how it already work for you. In my classes and coaching sessions, we have exercises that are focused on helping you wake up to your natural abilities, become intentional with those, and then work to expand and bring in additional senses and types of connections. We also work with how to glean the messages and meaning behind those hits and connections. Often, these are simple, daily hints and clues but when we learn to really integrate our intuition into our daily 'regular' self, it becomes easier to get intuitive clarity and direction on life's bigger issues.
I offer several workshops and that support this process. I am in the process of scheduling these for January and February. I'll post these events soon and will come back to provide a reply comment with a link here!
