About Shannon Heartwood (they/them)
I'm a Certified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and offer remote individual sessions. I also offer group healing sessions (mostly online and occasionally in person) that are a cross between craniosacral and shamanic healing. They are supported by the energy of the Earth in general as well as more specific energies of the many wonderful beings who reside here.
I also offer a variety of others services (all done remotely), including trauma-informed spiritual awakening mentorship, animal communication and mediumship (with animals who are living or passed), craniosacral for animals, and spirit animal retrieval.
I worked as a massage therapist for 9 years, became certified in craniosacral in 2019, and have studied shamanic healing and ancestral lineage healing. I've also deeply engaged in a wide range of other modalities and practices, including Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Authentic Relating and Circling, and many meditation, somatic, and spiritual practices. All of these influence my trauma-informed offerings.
I'm queer, nonbinary, and AuDHD, have done anti-racist work since 2020, and strive to create a safe space for everyone.
