Karma Management, one of the practical principles of spirituality: you can't change your past actions and the karma coming to you as a result of them. BUT you can change your present and future behavior, to bring in better karma. That's a powerful tool that gives us much more control over our lives.

Today at 11 am EST! Stay warm and centered as the winter chill settles in. You are invited to a Meditation on Twin Hearts today on Zoom.
When the weather turns harsh and the environment feels "frosted," it’s easy for our internal energy to become stagnant or heavy. This session is designed to help you shake off the winter blues, flush out the "gray" energy of the season, and generate a powerful internal warmth.

Energy Healing isn't just for big, life transformations. Did you know that by moving your energy in certain ways, you can speed healing of coughs, colds, flu and other respiratory ailments? (You can also speed healing of virtually any other physical, emotional or mental condition). Pranic Healing uses protocols that specifically address each issue. Comment if you'd like to know more.

I've never been a fan of salt baths but I love salt soap. It's easy and it gets all the unseen (but often very dangerous) dirt. I especially like my friend Pat's salt soap:
