Whether the Akashic Records are real depends on how you define "real."

In spiritual and metaphysical traditions, the Akashic Records are described as a field of consciousness that contains of all thoughts, experiences, and knowledge from every soul that has ever existed. So, from a spiritual perspective, the Akashic Records are thought of as a spiritual library that you access through intuition, meditation, or skilled practitioners. From a scientific perspective, there is no evidence to support the existence of the records, so some would argue that they are more of a spiritual metaphor than a literal reality.

For those who find personal or spiritual value in the Akashic Records, they may consider them "real" in the sense that they provide meaningful insights or guidance. I always tell my clients it doesn’t matter if it’s real of not IF it helps you!
