Event Details: Join us for a special seated Sound Bath Reiki Meditation in the Salt Lounge at Pepe’s Salt Spa as we tap into the higher energies of the Spring Equinox Moon phase to do some healing, releasing, and manifesting! Relax in one of our comfortable Zero Gravity chairs, enjoy the warmth of the Himalayan Salt Foot Domes, surrounded in the soft glow of salt lamps and the large Himalayan Salt Fireplace feature, while pharmaceutical grade salt is dispersed into the air by the Halogenerator throughout the event to improve lung function, promote deeper relaxation, healing, aid in depression and anxiety, as well as ease sinus and respiratory issues. Includes a blending of healing Pranayama (yogic breathwork), Guided Imagery Meditation, Reiki and Shamanic healing and releasing elements. The healing tone resonance is a unique and immersive experience of sound and vibration supported by the use of Gong, specially tuned quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan and Himalayan singing bowls, tingsha, tuning forks, as well as shamanic drum and rattle to open your heart and release stuck energies, a layer of spoken Sanskrit Mantras, along with healing background Solfeggio Frequencies. Facilitated by certified Vibrational Sound Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, and Shamanic Medicine Women, Rev. Lisa Harthun, who through extensive study and research, has created a program called Healing Flow that emphasizes aligning our energies to attract Love, Peace, and Harmony into our lives. The program was designed to intuitively take you on a mind, and body journey of healing, and balance. Through this process we are able break through, and release stuck energy preventing us from being in the perfect mind body flow thus allowing for deeper healing, enhanced creativity, and allowing for a greater sense of peace while attracting harmony, and abundance into our lives. Lisa intuitively guides the energy flow to facilitate a greater healing journey for all, while sending Reiki healing to each participant. You do not need to be experienced in meditation, and as a participant you will be guided through this deeply relaxing, supportive, and balancing journey. CHECK IN: Please plan to arrive a little early to get settled in. No late arrivals will be permitted once the meditation begins. Limited space available on a first come first serve basis.
PARKING: On-site parking lot behind facility. Salt Therapy or Halotherapy will be piped into the room throughout the event through the Halogenerator which utilizes pharmaceutical grade salt and disperses it into the air in a fine mist. You are sure to enjoy this restorative experience.
