Bio / Self introduction

I am a Reiki Level 3 Practitioner working on my Double Reiki Master in Usui and Karuna, as well as a Yoga Instructor, Certified Professional Life Coach and a Math Tutor. As a lifelong learner, my spiritual path became clearer when I began practicing Kundalini yoga in 2013. This path led me to discover my natural gift for Reiki. As a Reiki practitioner, my goal is to make Reiki more widely understood and accessible.

Whether through Reiki, Yoga, Meditation, or Life Coaching, I use my gifts to help you achieve calm, gentle healing and empower you to continue practicing relaxation techniques in everyday situations. I believe we all have the tools to live a stress-free, loving, mindful life; we just need to find those tools and keep them handy in our toolbox. I look forward to helping you find them!

Who I Work With

I work with everyone. All ages and stages. New to spirituality and longtime practitioners looking to reconnect.

I provide Reiki, Private Meditation, and One-on-One-Yoga for adults ages 18 - ageless. Personalized One-On-One sessions encourage gentle mindfulness and are suitable for all experience levels. Our main entrance has stairs, but we have a ground floor entrance to our wellness center. We also have a step ladder to help clients get on the reiki/meditation table. Our studio has a padded foam floor for yoga and we provide yoga mats which are sanitized after every session.

I tutor middle school through high school Math and offer Young Adult Life Coaching to help students focus on study skills, college and course choices, and work/school balance. Goals include helping clients advocate for themselves, find and listen to their inner voice, and make positive life choices.

I created a children's meditation workshop series for our local library (CMPL). I offer private Adult-Child Yoga and Meditation classes for one child and their caregiver to participate in together.
