I'd like to share a very subtle yet powerful exercise. This is helpful for creating a calm where intuition becomes more noticeable.
For anyone who has tried meditation, mindfulness or other calming practices - you probably have noticed that intending to quiet the mind tends to provoke it to become even louder. You can end up fighting your own mind - which isn't fruitful :-)
Would you like a fun alternative?
Action: Take a walk and count forms until colors appear brighter.
Expected Result: Extroversion, sense of being alive
Time: 30+ minutes
I do this exercise quite a bit - and it's such a charming feeling when colors appear brighter. I hope you'll give it a try.
