Ok, just to get this one thing out of the way. This is not going to be a blaming session type of blog. No one is to blame for the way(s) I have allowed myself to be treated BUT me. I will always take full accountability and responsibility for my actions. I am not going to sit here and say that so and so treated me like crap or so and so did this or that. In the end, I chose not to take the out, or leave or even acknowledge the red flags. Sometimes that's what happens when you are so starved for the things you are looking for, that you'll take them in whatever capacity they are given in. Is that right? By no means. Is it what tends to happen? Yes.

While I was loved as a child, it was brought to my attention by one of my parents that they could have gone about better ways to say certain things to me or could have treated me differently than the way I was shown. This stems from traumas they experienced in their life. Not for me to delve into, not for me to judge. But these are lessons that both of our souls signed on for to experience with each other. Yep, we will start slowly tapping into the spiritual portions of everything. As that is why we are here. But I have found people do better when I don't give SO much info all at one time, while others thrive on it. For now, 'slow goes it' as my grandmother would've said, will be the pace of this blog. Back to the subject at hand here. For this parent to acknowledge that fact, without me even saying anything about it to them, well this in my eyes shows significant growth and healing on their part and I am so happy for them.

As I stated, I will always own up to my decision making. Right or wrong. My parents though very young when they had me, instilled morals and ethics that I've carried with me to this day and will continue to instill those in my own daughter. Morals and ethics are the basis of life, though not the journey, they are a big part of it.

Shadow work time!! I know you guys love this part! I want you to think about what resonates, what triggers you, if at all. Why do you feel this way?

Until next time, much love from the Phoenix! 🥰🔥
