Your Akashic records are the accumulation or an archive of all of your past lives. It's an accumulation of how you have used your soul's blueprint or your natural abilities in each life to expand the growth of your soul.
In the energetic world, lifetimes run parallel to each other. Have you ever experienced a deja vu? This is an example of how energies bring information from other lifetimes. These are also described as past lives. Every moment in time is stored in the Records.
No preparation is necessary, but normally people who have booked a reading with me are curious about getting their questions answered about relationships, either challenging or special, any strange interests, any phobias, visions or psychic experiences that make no sense to them.
It is ideal to have a warm, quiet, safe space with no interruptions and comfortable seating. This will be provided for in person readings, for online options, the client would need to create this environment. Hydration assists in the recovery of a session, bring water to the session.

Permission to access the client’s records has been granted via a waiver signed. The actual experience is highly individual. I begin by walking the client through a grounding sequence.
I learned to access my own Records through a training program. I was taught a prayer to access them. The more open a person is, the more readily that information is available through intuition. Intention combined with being open allows entry into individual Records.
