We do grounding and guided meditation exercises, including any group healing I am intuitively lead to perform, with time for sharing and a Q&A period at the end.

So, curious after today's meet and greet, what type of topics/discussions would people like to have started on FMP? Psychic Defence was mentioned (or equivalent name), Reiki and or Energy Healing, Intuitive (broad penstroke here - healing, spiritual guidance, etc. - but are there other topics folks would like to start?
