About Sofia Rego
I’m Sofia Rego, founder of Fia Soul Wisdom & Holistic Concierge.
With over 20 years of experience in holistic therapy and spiritual guidance, I support individuals, leaders, and healers in reconnecting with their body, intuition, and inner authority.
My work blends intuitive bodywork, Akashic Records healing, womb and nervous system healing, crystal medicine, and spiritual mentoring. I create grounded, safe spaces where clarity replaces confusion and healing becomes embodied—not just understood.
Who I work with
I work with individuals who feel called to live and lead from alignment rather than burnout.
My clients are often healers, leaders, creatives, and professionals who are intuitive, sensitive, and deeply capable—but have reached a point where surface-level solutions no longer work. They are ready for embodied healing, clear guidance, and a deeper relationship with themselves.
