Welcome Friends,
If you watch the video testimonials (last week and below in this message), you can probably feel the openness and kindness in the student speaking. One student on a zoom course said "I've never felt so supported in my life".
These are aspects of the Avatar Sangha - sharing, trust, helpfulness, care. And smiles, lots of smiles.
It's a pleasure to be in this energy. And then you add in the training, the tools and the skills learned - it's a life changing experience.
If you'd like to get a feel for it yourself, please join us for the next free Movie Night on zoom.
✨✨ Movie Night is Next weekend!! ✨✨
And now some resources from Harry Palmer, author of the Avatar Materials
A deeper friendship
There is a lovely practice in Buddhism called Taking Refuge. A refuge is a shelter where people can get away from danger or difficulty - a place that is comforting when the stresses of the world become too much. It is a safe place.
Buddhism describes three things that provide unfailing refuge. These are called the Three Precious Jewels*
...the third precious jewel is "I take refuge in the Sangha." Sangha refers to the circle of people that you align with, the group that you choose to create reality with - your teammates.
When you say, "I take refuge in the Sangha," you are reminding yourself to be of service to others.
