The Secret Power of the Mature to Change the World
I sat yesterday with a group of mature people seeking the wisdom of Source within. It became clear to me that as we age, we gain access to a realm of magic and creativity. These people use their super powers; their inner magic.
It seems that if we bravely face the grim prognostications about age that we hear in the marketplace, and stop buying into the notions of frailty and vulnerability that can tarnish the bright light that we can bring to the planet, then a rich new dimension opens up. And, what better way is there to face grim prognostications but to live from the higher self?
This can be a really great time to manifest healing in our world, and create new lives. This is what many of us are doing with the just the slightest encouragement; just the slightest whisper from Spirit within.
There is an ability to look at the big picture that comes with age. In that big picture, the intelligent can see patterns forming that could not be seen in youth. The grand scheme of things becomes more and more clear.
After decades of experience with families, relationships, professions, arts, experiencing the world, we develop incredible intuition. Some of us know we have this and some of us just use it. We just plain know what we know.
If we can stay away from an anti aging mindset, we can thank our years and experiences and find new depths of enthusiasm for our adventures visiting new places, new dimensions, and new ideas.
There seems to be a generalized ability of the mature to work with energy and provide support to others who need us, especially children and grandchildren. It seems that most of the mature people that I know live more and more from the heart center, where they are unashamed about sharing prayer and spiritual healing support even when they don't know what to call it.
Looking around those I know, I 'm impressed to with the large proportion of the mature, at retirement age, who continue to work at a high professional level and often to help, counsel and mentor others.
It is easy to be gripped by fear when exposed to the media, become reactionary, worry about declining health and cognition, failing joints, extreme political views and outcomes.
However, I see over and over that the intuition that is available as a mature superpower can restore the big picture when fearsome things happen. For every mature person who fears the worst, another sees that another more realistic and even more optimistic outcome is likely.
I am awed by the idea of what could happen if the mature people in our world decided that their role as elders was to live a healthy life, heal the planet, help the young to grow, and ease unnecessay suffering.
