I'll start - a few colleagues and I have our movie night (over zoom) tomorrow evening. It's a great chance to meet interesting people and explore a personal and often profound topics.

Tomorrow's talk with be the Path to Compassion - about the journey between head and heart consciousness. I love the discussion because it helps clarify the importance of being skilled at accessing both realms. Too much heart can be naive while too much head can rationalize cruel behaviors.
