As a Pranic Energy Healer I am sometimes asked if I can guarantee that the client will be cured after a session. I make no promises but I do compare their question to baseball. It’s like asking a batter if they can guarantee that they will hit a home run when they step into the batters box. Well, sometimes we do hit home runs, sometimes we hit doubles or singles, and sometimes we hit the ball but the other team throws the ball to first base before we get there. That’s baseball and that’s also Pranic Energy Healing. And even if you don’t get on base in the first inning, you have nine innings, so stay in the game and keep swinging that bat!
Would love to hear how other practitioners answer the question: Can you guarantee a cure?

Can a medical doctor guarantee a cure? there are so many variances in answering this question. What comes to me right away is your karma, your soul's path. Obviously, many times we cannot explain to our clients such concepts. All they wish to hear is "can you fix me or not" or in my case, can I fix their animal. And what I do explain is that before beginning my work, I do a process to connect with the energy from the Divine, theirs and mine, and with that I always plead to send healing For the Good of All! people, animals, situation, whatever I am face with at the time. In most situations, that explanation increases their faith a little more!

Thank you Lina, there are so many variances in answering this question. I like what you said about karma and your soul’s path.
I appreciate your insight Lina. Sounds like you may have experienced this same situation or something similar.
    Blessings to you always,
    Christine

Why does pranic healing work really well on some people while not so on others? I've noticed that people who are sensitive to energy seem to get pain relief. Yet nothing happens for other people. Why is that? 🙃

Pranic Energy Healing will help a client either physically, emotionally, mentally, or spiritually…… and sometimes the healing will help all four areas. When dealing with stress, we follow the stress protocol and also recommend Twin Hearts Meditation. Practicing this meditation 3-4 times a week is extremely beneficial. So is following up with the Pranic Energy Healer. Having more than one session and making life changes is very helpful. This is a journey to wellness. I often think Pranic Energy Healing is a lot like baseball ⚾️ once you attend one practice, you keep coming back and learning more. You work on your hitting skills; then you work on your fielding skills, then your base running skills, etc., you find that baseball is life changing and brings joy and fulfillment back into your life. And, like what every good coach will tell you… Practice, Practice, Practice. Even the Pros practice everyday and they are the cream of the crop. Baseball becomes a way of life and the skills and good habits you learn on the playing field will take you into any life situation and help you handle whatever life throws at you. This is Pranic Energy Healing. It’s a game changer!

Thank you both for answering my question. I took the basic and advanced pranic healing classes and have noticed that sometimes I get some amount of pain relief right away. Sometimes when I work on some people, I've noticed that not much happens and I couldn't figure out whether it was a belief thing or what.

Energy healers really have to mind our energetic hygiene. As pranic healers, we are trained to be mindful of disposing of energy that we sweep off of our clients in a responsible way. It's actually part of our self care. We shower with soap, then either use a handful of salt or coffee grounds and scrub. One way I like to do it, is to use soap that has either salt in it or coffee grounds already in it. Before finding pranic healing, I had a successful business selling handcrafted soap at local farmers' markets. Now I make salt soap bars or salt n coffee soap bars for pranic healers and others tuned into the importance of energetic hygiene. Drop me a line if you'd like to try it. My salt soap bars are reasonably priced compared to many others online.

Last September I suddenly got severe neck, shoulder and arm pain from a pinched nerve in my cervical (neck) area that interfered with all activity. I got medical treatment and physical therapy, but it wasn't until the Pranic healing sessions that I got true relief. I got initial healing from Dexter at the end of last year. I felt an emerging increase of pain a month ago and I scheduled a couple sessions with Christine with great results. Happy to report enjoying a completely pain-free shower for the first time in 6 months! It may sound like a small event, but I was exuberant!

STRESS ISN’T THE PROBLEM – IT’S THE SIGNAL

    CHRONIC STRESS
I work extensively with women from 25 to 65 who are chronically stressed. And I might add, understandably stressed out. For the most part, they have A LOT going on in their lives.
Most of them start out thinking their stress is the problem.
How about you? Is stress an issue you face?

    HERE’S SOME GOOD NEWS
    Stress isn’t the problem.
Stress is the signal (or warning sign or alarm – whatever it feels like to you and whatever you want to call it).
And, if you only try to manage the signal, then the real problem keeps coming back.
That’s why so many women (men, too – but I’ve worked with way more women than men on stress and anxiety) feel like they’re stuck in a loop. Constant replay. Same old thing.
If it’s not chronic, it’s at least recurring.
    Most have tried things like:
    • Breathwork
    • Various energy healing or similar modalities
    • Mindfulness
    • Meditation
    • Medication
    • Therapy
    • Supplements
    • Yoga
    • Affirmations
    • You name it…

And sometimes those things help. At least for a while.
    But then the stress returns.
    Sometimes stronger.
    Sometimes in a different form.
    This stress cycle is frustrating.
Because you know you’re trying. You’re doing your best. It feels like you’re doing everything right.
And yet, nothing’s actually resolving it.

HERE’S WHAT YOU MAY BE MISSING
    Stress is not random.
It doesn’t show up for no reason. It doesn’t fall out of the sky.
It’s your system reacting to something. Something deep.
In my experience in most cases, that “something deep” is some form of FEAR.
    Not always obvious fear.
Not “I’m in danger” of being eaten by a lion fear.
    It’s not that.
    It’s subtle. It’s internal fear.
    Things like:
    • Fear of failure
    • Fear of rejection
    • Fear of losing control
    • Fear of being judged
    • Fear of not being enough

These don’t always feel like fear.
    They feel like pressure, though.
Overthinking. Tension in your body. That constant “on edge” feeling.

    A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT
Here’s an easy way to “get” this.
Let’s say the Check Engine Light comes on in your car.
You can ignore it. (I’ve even heard of people who put tape on it so they can’t see and it’s easier to ignore.)
And, even though your car has been running just fine, this is a built-in safety measure for your protection. For your highest and best good.
The light’s there to protect you from something that’s dangerous. And, you don’t have any other way to know there’s a problem.
Your fail-safe is that irritating Check Engine Light on your dashboard.
That feeling of stress in your body serves the same purpose..
And, you can ignore it. Until it’s too late.
And then "suddenly" you’re stuck on the side of the highway somewhere.
Covering up or ignoring the Check Engine Light DOES NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. No matter how much you wish it would, it doesn’t. We all know this.
It’s because the real problem – the underlying problem - is hidden in the dark under the hood. It’s not out and obvious in the cold light of day.

WHY DOES STRESS TURN INTO ANXIETY?
If the signal keeps firing long enough…
    Stress becomes anxiety.
    Now it feels more constant.
    More unpredictable.
    Bigger.
    Deeper.
    Harder to control.
    Harder to live with.
And at that point, you’re likely to double down on trying to manage the symptoms.
Which makes sense. It’s the normal (not advisable, but normal) reaction.
But it still doesn’t resolve the cause. It doesn’t fix the underlying root cause problems.

    WHAT ACTUALLY WORKS?
    You don’t fight the stress.
You don’t suppress it. You don’t deny it.
You don’t try to “think your way out of it.”
    You start asking better questions:
"WHAT IS MY SYSTEM TRYING TO TELL ME?" "WHAT’S IT REACTING TO?"
Once you identify and address the underlying pattern, the danger signal from your unconscious doesn’t need to keep firing.
It’s done its job and can turn itself off.
And that’s when things start to change.
    Not temporarily.
    In a more lasting way.

    A QUICK NOTE
This is something I’ve seen over and over again, one-on-one during my 12 years of energy work. Mostly with women. Mostly from ages from 25 to 65.
    Different situations.
    Different symptoms.
    Same underlying pattern.
Which is why I'm sharing more about this. Fear. Stress. Anxiety.
I’m doing it so more people – women mostly - can understand what’s going on and what to do about it.

    IF THIS RESONATES…
You don’t need to figure it all out on your own.

Thank you, Sam! That is a very relevant connection. Caroline Myss’s work on 'Woundology' provides some great context for why some people don't heal. In my experience with systematic protocols, I’ve seen that the greatest barrier to healing isn't the technique itself—it’s the individual’s investment in their own 'biography' over their 'biology.' As Myss points out, some people use their illness as a form of social currency, because it can be challenging to change. This book is a great manual for anyone looking to stop just managing their symptoms and start clearing the root patterns that hold them back from their full potential.

On the misuse of Astrology and the Tarot. By Samuel Abrams

There are 3 areas where I feel divination is often misused, especially via Astrology and the Tarot
The first is where someone does a card or astrological analysis for a particular day or week unrelated to a particular person. I feel that readings like this can give divination a bad name. They use very broad statements that will be accurate for a few, might broadly be applied to others and completely wrong for many. This type of reading also emphasizes external influences and allows people to say this is not my fault or responsibility, it is due to the stars. Astrology and Tarot should be seen as maps of what could happen and prepare us for it. They should not be seen as controlling you or eliminating free will.
The second is using tarot or astrology constantly. You can become dependent on it like a drug or a crutch and ignore and lose other abilities such as unaided intuition, logic or common sense. We have these abilities for a reason, please do not neglect them.
Third – This applies only to tarot – Doing readings for yourself. Unless ir it about something of little importance and less emotional content (what should I have for Dinner) you are not likely to get accurate answers. What you will pick up are your own hopes, fears or/and expectations, not the spiritually based guidance you seek.

Why do some people heal instantly while others remain stuck in the same cycles for years? The answer is almost always energetic friction. Resistance is just a symptom of a misaligned template. When you stop chasing symptoms and start recalibrating the chakras as a systematic 'control board,' the resistance vanishes. It is a highly sophisticated, well-running machine—if you know how to operate it.

Pranic Healing is precision bio-energetic engineering. We don't guess; we map the chakras as the primary control board for your entire life. When you calibrate the system, health isn’t a goal you chase—it’s the inevitable byproduct of a well-aligned engine. Mental, emotional, and physical vitality are simply the diagnostics of a machine firing on all cylinders.

For more, Zoom into my Introduction to Pranic Healing, this Wednesday April 8th at 1 pm EST. For the Zoom link, comment below or message me.

Ideally, the major chakras - the largest and most important energy centers in the body - should be approximately even. They should be about the same size. If some are substantially larger - more congested - and/or others are quite small - energetically depleted - this tends to result in physical, emotional and/or mental disruptions. Illness, disease, upset, mental illness, confusion, etc. etc. etc. "Recalibration" in this post refers to re-aligning the chakras to correct these imbalances.

Why Your Anxiety Keeps Coming Back (And What Most People Miss)

If you’ve tried everything for your stress and anxiety - and nothing has worked - this might finally make sense.

Most people I’ve worked with who have these issues have done all the “right” things.

They’ve tried therapy. Read the books. Practiced breathing techniques. Watched You Tube Videos galore. Affirmations. Meditation. Yoga.

    And yet…
The stress…the anxiety keep coming back.
Not always the same way. Not always as intense.

    But it’s still there.
Like a bad sequel to a bad movie that never quite ends.
    ________________________________________
    So, What’s Going On?

Although not easy to deal with, it’s actually fairly simple.

Think of your mind, emotions, and body like a single system:
    • Thoughts are the surface
    • Emotions are stored patterns (old stuck habits and routines)
    • Your body is the output

    Most approaches focus on thoughts.

“Think positive.” “Reframe it.” “Challenge the belief.”

    That’s fine. To a point.

    But here’s the problem:

Anxiety usually isn’t coming from your thoughts.

    It’s coming from something deeper.
    ________________________________________
The Hidden Layer Most People Miss

Underneath the thoughts…underneath even the emotions…there’s usually fear.

Not always obvious fear. Mostly subconscious fear you’re not even aware of. And probably don’t remember where it came from.

It’s not “I’m being chased by a tiger” fear.

’m talking about quiet, buried, hidden, stuck background fear.

The kind that doesn’t introduce or announce itself.

It’s the kind of fear that just sits there. Lurking. Running the system.

Like software in the background of your computer.

You don’t see it. You don’t hear it. You may not even exactly feel it.

    But it’s affecting everything.
    ________________________________________
What Kind of Fear Are We Talking About?

I’ve seen tons of denial about this.

Because when people hear “fear,” they often say, “I’m not afraid of anything.”

But when we look closer, we find things like:
    • Fear of losing control
    • Fear of not being good enough
    • Fear of rejection
    • Fear of being judged
    • Fear of failing (or even succeeding)
    • Fear of being alone
    • Fear that something is “wrong” with them
    • Fear of abandonment
    • Fear of betrayal

These don’t always show up as fear.

    They show up as:
    • Overthinking
    • Tightness in the chest
    • Restlessness
    • Trouble sleeping
    • That constant “on edge” feeling

    In other words…

They show up as stress and anxiety.
    ________________________________________
Why “Fixing Thoughts” Doesn’t Fix It

    Let’s use a simple analogy.

Imagine your anxiety is coming from a song playing on repeat.

Most approaches try to fix the song by changing the lyrics.

    But the real issue is…

    The song is still playing.

That “song” is the underlying fear pattern.

So even if you change your thoughts…the pattern keeps running. It keeps playing the same old tune.

And the anxiety keeps coming back.
    ________________________________________
The Real Problem (Which Is Good News)

The problem isn’t that nothing works.

    The problem is:

Most methods aren’t targeting the root.

    They’re working at the surface.

Which is why you might feel better temporarily…but not permanently.
    ________________________________________
    The Good News

When we get to the root - when we actually clear or shift that underlying pattern - the system doesn’t need to produce your stress or anxiety anymore.

Not because you forced it to stop. That doesn’t work.

It’s because the underlying reason for it is gone.
    ________________________________________
What This Looks Like in Real Life

    Here’s a simple example.

Let’s you have constant anxiety at work.

You think it’s because your workload is heavy and causing you stress. .

But underneath, there’s a fear of not being good enough.

So every email feels like pressure.

    Every meeting feels like judgment.

Every mistake feels bigger than it is.

Those fears are driving your system.

    Remove or shift the fears…
    and suddenly:
    • The same job feels different
    • The same tasks feel manageable
    • The anxiety drops - without forcing it

    Nothing “external” changed.

    But everything feels different.

A Different Way to Look at Stress and Anxiety

Instead of seeing anxiety as the enemy…

What if it’s nothing more than a signal?

    Not a problem.

    Just a message.

“Hey, you - there’s something deeper here that needs attention.”

And most of the time…that “something” is fear.

Not loud fear. Quiet fear. Stored fear. Stuck fear. Old fear. Subconscious fear.

    Where This Leads

Once you start looking at stress and anxiety this way, things begin to click.

    You stop fighting the symptoms.

    You start understanding the system.

And from there real change becomes possible.

This is a vital distinction. And it’s where Pranic Healing really shines. Most people treat the 'Check Engine Light' of stress as a mental hurdle, but we look at it as a mechanical reality in the energy body. When those subtle fears—like the fear of failure or judgment—trigger the alarm, they create actual energetic congestion. If you only use temporary 'band-aids,' you aren't clearing that blockage. By using specific protocols to target the root pattern and disintegrate that heavy energy, Pranic Healers allow the system to finally stand down.
