Women’s Red Tent Gathering: Honoring Self & Community Care

Join us for a sacred evening of connection, restoration, and celebration at our upcoming Women’s Red Tent gathering. This special event is dedicated to honoring /the vital roles of self and community in our care, nurturing ourselves as women, caregivers, and healers.

Together, we’ll create a supportive circle where we can slow down, share, and be nourished through:

Womb Meditation – A guided journey inward to honor the wisdom and power of the womb and your highest self, supporting healing and deep self-connection.

Community Art Making – Express your inner landscape through intuitive creative practices in a safe and supportive space. No experience necessary— just bring your presence.

Community Conversation-

We will go deep in sharing our thoughts and feelings around caring for ourselves and community. We will be able to dive deep together in this discussion around how best to care for self with your personal practice and community support.

Potluck Feast – Share in the joy of nourishment and community with a shared meal. Please bring a dish to pass.

What to Bring: A dish to share, a journal, and an open heart.

Come as you are. Let’s honor the sacred labor of care—within ourselves and in the world.

This is a donation based event. Please donate what you can to help cover the cost of this event and to keep Red Tents accessible and sustainable!

About Red Tent: Red Tents are safe and sacred women's circles where we come together to honor our cyclical nature, our experiences, our relationship to our body, the moon, mother Earth and the Divine feminine in all. We honor our womb spaces by empowering ourselves to heal them and our lineage through sharing in wisdom, ceremony, and sisterhood.

This is a Sophia Unfolds event, facilitated by Mary Thomason & Randall Stephan
