Pranic Healing is medical AND mystical - on Tuesday nights at 7:30 pm EST, we explore the mystical side. We start with some light physical exercises to prepare our bodies, then do a 30 minute guided Meditation on Twin Hearts with Chakral Healing. This is a powerful meditation that brings Divine energy into each major chakra for deep emotional healing, cleansing and release. It's a profound experience that is unique for each person. You may receive messages, guidance, inspiration or even relief of a pain or problem. Or you may feel so relaxed that you simply get a great rest!
